This
afternoon we’ve been for a game drive in the iSimangaliso
Wetland Park.
Giraffe, Zebra, Wilder Beast, Reedbuck Waterbuck, Kudu and Warthog all popped
out to entertain us, the rest won the hide and seek contest for today!
This morning
our river trip was to see the pods of Hippo and we saw loads, together with
lots of birds.
Monkeys have
quickly gone from being nice to a bloody nuisance! Last night they nicked our
veg and a spud from the fire, emptied the bin everywhere and had it away with
our pineapple. Well I managed to get the veggies back but not the rest. Tonight
we have a plan and Steve is helping!
We can hear
the Hippos as we sit in camp, and as well as the monkeys there are Reedbuck, Banded
Mongoose and Suni Antelope all sharing our plot!

The baby monkeys look very cute, shame they turn into teenagers! Love the pineapple display and pineapple pose! Really enjoying the read and the pictures.

They're not babies Jen, that's what the adults are like. About the size of a skinny cat. Not so nice when they are jumping on your table stealing food.
